Asseco at Cybersec PL

Asseco will take part in the Cybersec PL conference to be held in Warsaw on 8 April. The objective of the meeting is to strengthen the national system of cybersecurity and conduct effective actions in cyberspace. The meeting will be attended by representatives of Polish public institutions, private sector and expert community, including Anna Streżyńska, Minister of Digitization, and Tomasz Szatkowski, Deputy Minister of National Defense.

One of the speakers will be Zdzisław Wiater, Vice Director of Public Administration Division at Asseco Poland, who is going to participate in a debate on the demand for cybersecurity specialists. In addition, during a special session that will be attended, among others, by Waldemar Szulik, Director of Technology Development Department at Asseco Poland, experts are going to discuss the recommendations contained in the Kosciuszko Institute report concerning cybersecurity issues before the forthcoming NATO summit in Warsaw.


Asseco is a recognized provider of software solutions for the Polish uniformed services and continues to intensify its activities in the defense sector. The company has a proven track record of projects implemented, among others, for the Polish Ministry of National Defense, NATO, and the Frontex agency. Leveraging on its experience gained through the execution of international projects, the company takes part in tenders for modernization of the Polish Military Forces, including the command system, image analysis system, unmanned systems, as well as cybersecurity systems. In 2015, Asseco Poland has become a member of the “BMS Consortium” that is going to offer a technologically advanced Battlefield Management System (BMS).
